Lots of practical advice。 This was really useful to me even though I'm not what you would traditionally call an "entrepeneur。" I was mainly applying the advice to my book-writing on the side。 Not everything was applicable (like the section on hiring & firing), but most of it was。 Time management, how to focus on what to do, how to know when to quit your day job, and many other things。 Lots of practical advice。 This was really useful to me even though I'm not what you would traditionally call an "entrepeneur。" I was mainly applying the advice to my book-writing on the side。 Not everything was applicable (like the section on hiring & firing), but most of it was。 Time management, how to focus on what to do, how to know when to quit your day job, and many other things。 。。。more

A very practical book for any business leader with many practical examples of “how” and “how not” to lead in business, mostly from personal experience。 He covers much ground especially for those starting out or revamping their business。

To keep things short and simple, this was a really interesting look into business: how to do it well, how to do it terribly, and general insight into a lot of different aspects of the process。 The term "EntreLeader" combines the ideas of being an entrepreneur (someone who is passionate about their ideas and sharing them with the world) and a leader (someone who is grounded and level-headed in the role they serve within the company and in general)。 I hit a slump with this book because I was takin To keep things short and simple, this was a really interesting look into business: how to do it well, how to do it terribly, and general insight into a lot of different aspects of the process。 The term "EntreLeader" combines the ideas of being an entrepreneur (someone who is passionate about their ideas and sharing them with the world) and a leader (someone who is grounded and level-headed in the role they serve within the company and in general)。 I hit a slump with this book because I was taking notes on the first few chapters, but I finally picked it up again and enjoyed reading about all of the many experiences that have shaped Dave Ramsey's company。 。。。more

I believe Dave Ramsey what America needs and every millennial should at least read his principles/baby steps before making a decision on how they handle money。 His words are the building blocks to success。 I always say I wish I read his books earlier and reading about what he thinks is important in leadership was just icing on the cake。 God Bless you, Dave Ramsey! You have changed so many lives for the better。

Great book of common sense leadership that most people take for granted。 Pay attention to the details, follow the golden rule, and take an interest in the families of the people you work with were my top take-aways from this read。

One of the best business leadership books out there。 I have read many business leadership books from authors such as John C。 Maxwell, Michael Gerber, Tony Robbins and Dale Partridge, I must say this is one of the top few I have read。 Extremely comprehensive。 Remember to take notes, many gems inside!

Practical pointers for good business (and life) practice。 Dave Ramsey has a “cookies on the bottom shelf” way of sharing his pointers that makes it easy to access。 I enjoy this book when I’m wanting to infuse some purposefulness into my daily life/family business or when I’m looking for pointers for my piano studio。

Entreleadership provides a valuable synthesis of the best practices from various authors on leadership and business management and common well-known principles, enhanced with practical examples from Ramsey's company that he founded。 Aside from the personal examples and the book's title, Entreleadership does not introduce new ideas。 The concept of the entrepreneurial leader within a larger organization was a key principle in two large corporations where I worked dating back to the early 1990s。 In Entreleadership provides a valuable synthesis of the best practices from various authors on leadership and business management and common well-known principles, enhanced with practical examples from Ramsey's company that he founded。 Aside from the personal examples and the book's title, Entreleadership does not introduce new ideas。 The concept of the entrepreneurial leader within a larger organization was a key principle in two large corporations where I worked dating back to the early 1990s。 Instead, Entreleadership provides a valuable high-level overview that covers a broad spectrum of key principles and practical advise for business leaders。 Ramsey describes it as a playbook, which serves as a very apt description。 As with most leadership books, I found myself agreeing with about 70-90% of the conclusions。 I felt that the book oversimplified some topics with a "one size fits all" approach that failed to recognize either the complexity of the issues or the variety of situations。 Much of those oversimplifications may have been intentional in an effort to keep the book short。 Readers should think critically how the advise may apply to their own situations。The book serves as an excellent introduction to anyone seeking a quick overview of commercial business leadership。 In addition, experienced leadership who have learned these principles long ago will benefit from the high-level survey that brings together many topics and provides practical examples from Ramsey's personal experiences。 Regardless of one's knowledge or expertise, we all benefit from continuous learning, from listening to different perspectives, and reminding ourselves to practice what we know。I recommend Entreleadership for all who have interest to learn or improve commercial business leadership principles and skills。 。。。more

BASIC。 This book is soooo basic。 If you’ve ever had a job before or even interacted with someone, somewhere doing business you probably know half the stuff in here。

If you have entrepreneurial bend and you're either building or leading within a business, this is a must read。 It's the playbook that was developed through the creation and growth of Lampo Group, now Ramsey Solutions。 If you have entrepreneurial bend and you're either building or leading within a business, this is a must read。 It's the playbook that was developed through the creation and growth of Lampo Group, now Ramsey Solutions。 。。。more

Great book, so much useful and insightful information that can't all be mentioned in a review。 I read it about once a year to refresh different points。 This year I took notes as I went and kept a to do list going。 Main idea is: You are the problem, you are the solution。 Do the work to not be the ceiling on your business by bringing in the right help and improving yourself。 I am a big fan of the Ramsey Credo。 If you have a business or are thinking about starting one, read this book。 Great book, so much useful and insightful information that can't all be mentioned in a review。 I read it about once a year to refresh different points。 This year I took notes as I went and kept a to do list going。 Main idea is: You are the problem, you are the solution。 Do the work to not be the ceiling on your business by bringing in the right help and improving yourself。 I am a big fan of the Ramsey Credo。 If you have a business or are thinking about starting one, read this book。 。。。more

Solid read for leadership advice that your grandmother would give you!Seriously, Mr。 Ramsey has been running a very successful organization for quite some time and he's giving out advice in book form that can be learned in a much harder way。 I feel like I have new tools I can use to lead my small team at work -- and I'm not even anywhere close to the entrepreneur type。 I have dreams, but I get paralyzed when trying to make them become reality。Practical business wisdom indeed。 Solid read for leadership advice that your grandmother would give you!Seriously, Mr。 Ramsey has been running a very successful organization for quite some time and he's giving out advice in book form that can be learned in a much harder way。 I feel like I have new tools I can use to lead my small team at work -- and I'm not even anywhere close to the entrepreneur type。 I have dreams, but I get paralyzed when trying to make them become reality。Practical business wisdom indeed。 。。。more

Really enjoyed this。 I enjoy anything Dave Ramsey writes。 I love his knowledge, advice, and common sense。 This book is great for anyone wishing to start a business, someone who’s already running a business, or even someone working for a business。 Ramsey gives solid advice about how to attribute qualities of an entrepreneur and a leader, hence the name “entreleadership”。 Highly educational。 I took notes the whole time。

A Great Place to Start for any Christian LeaderThis might be your first or fiftieth book on leadership。 But if you are Christian and involved in business in anyway I would recommend reading it。

I would not recommend this book。 Instead I would recommend 7 Habits of Highly Effective People。 Everything in this book that is not in that book is either common sense or just Dave being pridefully opinionated about odd things。

Positive leadership is the ability to inspire others to imagine and dream with light-heartedness and joy, activating the desire to learn, grow and build outside the box and the status quo。Inspiring book!
